CRM system investigation and upgrade
We were approached by a client who needed assistance with their custom CRM system. The developer who had previously created the system had moved on and it was increasingly difficult for our client to get in contact with them.
Fortunately, we have an in-house developer who was able to provide insights into the system and provide a detailed report on the schema of the database.
This report was a necessary precursor before beginning any further work.
The CRM system itself was originally located on a server which was also used as an MS Exchange Server. For this reason, it was very slow and as a result was causing frustrations for employees using it on a daily basis.
We developed a proposal which involved seamlessly moving the CRM system to a new server along with a creating a backup process to ensure data continuity.
The works were carried out over the weekend and the system was tested and ready to go by Monday morning.
